His services include the preparation and negotiation of contracts for the transfer of mining rights, mining assignment, transfer option, Streaming Agreement, constitution of NSR or NPI royalties, Joint Venture and any contract with mining suppliers for the exploration or exploitation phases.

The focus of its services involves the specialties of corporate, civil and administrative law, seeking to provide its clients with a comprehensive view of possible legal contingencies in decision-making, with special emphasis on the protection and conservation of assets, whether movable or immovable property.

In addition, he has experience in environmental control procedures, in obtaining sectoral authorizations before entities of regional or national scope and management of various procedures before the National Superintendence of State Assets and procedures for sanitation and securitization of privately owned or state-owned properties.
